market shook itself loose from its dormant state in the late 1980s,

Since then we have brokered
a variety of properties. Significantly, we have given new life to
many former industrial lofts, thus giving birth to the New Construction
Marketing Division. Bucktown's Clock Tower Lofts, Electric Company
Lofts and Urban Garden Townhomes all were sellouts prior to construction
completion. We also converted Robey Square, City View Lofts in Wicker
Park and Metropolis
Lofts in Bucktown.
